Learn to Tap to Zap your Cravings & Stress using Emotional Freedom Technique. 
The basis of EFT is in Chinese acupuncture and psychology but instead of using needles, well-established meridian points on the upper body are tapped with the fingers. This is a unique exercise that calms you so that you can think more clearly. Since it only takes a minute or two to complete each round of tapping this makes EFT a quick, convenient and highly effective process which can be used on any issue and anywhere to good effect.

During the evening I will taking you through the tapping sequences so you can FEEL just how effective EFT is and discussing how it can help with weight loss and stress.
